Getting a stalled project moving again

After a few months away, I am restarting the project with one manageable task per shop session. First job was making an honest list of what is finished, what needs inspection, and what is still only an idea.

A short task list helped me restart too. Finishing one small job is more useful than spending every session rethinking the entire project.

I am starting with organizing the parts and updating the build notes. It gives me a clear baseline without rushing into the unfinished work.
